    *Classic – 3 attempts per exercise to show maximum single-rep result.
    *Multilift – 1 timed attempt to perform maximum repetitions with kettlebell. Weight depends on the athlete's category.
    *Weighted Calisthenics – 3 attempts in 4 disciplines to demonstrate all-round strength. Final score calculated in kg or ISF Points.
    📌 *Note: In accordance with ISF Rules 5.0, female athletes perform Muscle-Up using gymnastic rings by default, unless otherwise stated in the competition regulations.
