Committees

ISF Referee Committee

The Referee Committee is responsible for overseeing the review, editing, interpretation of, and compliance with ISF competition rules. The Committee also reviews and establishes safety guidelines as well as rules on competition.
The Referee Committee is responsible for organizing three sub-committees: Equipment, technical and a rules.
The Referee Committee deals with the preparation and certification of referees.
The Referee Committee approves the lists of referees at all international ISF competitions.

Adaptive Committee

This committee is responsible for creating rules and standards which will allow for the development of fair and unbiased competition for adaptive athletes. The Committee also represents the interests of adaptive athletes and is working towards achieving compliance with Paralympic standards.

Medical Committee

The Medical Committee is responsible for establishing conditions at all ISF sanctioned events which ensure the health and safety of all participants. The Committee is also responsible for providing opinions on and suggesting revisions to movement standards or sanctioned competition programming they feel may be causing an undue risk to the community. The Committee also controls all anti-doping policies and activities of the ISF and ensures that the ISF complies with the World Anti-Doping Code and any IOC or ISF anti-doping rules.

Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is responsible for enforcing a Code of Ethics for all involved in ISF. This Committee is also responsible for investigating ethical violations.
