ISF · v5.2
Your route into an ISF competition, based on Rules v5.2. The event regulations define the offered events and registration.
1. Choose a discipline
- Classic: maximum additional weight in pull-ups and dips. Multirep: repetitions with fixed load in 2 minutes. Weighted Calisthenics: muscle-up, pull-up, dip and barbell squat. Single-lift entry depends on the event regulations (Section 2).
2. Check your category
- Check age on the competition date, sex, bodyweight class and Amateur / Pro / Adaptive division against Section 3. The official weigh-in determines the bodyweight class; historic standards tables do not define current categories.
3. Prepare admission documents
- Minimum age is 13. Under-18 athletes need parental or guardian consent. Check the organizer’s entry requirements and weigh-in schedule before travelling (Sections 3 and 7).
4. Check equipment and technique
- Review Sections 4–6: permitted straps, wraps and sleeves, commands and movement standards. Chains cannot be used to attach the load.
5. Register for the actual event
- Use the event’s official registration route. ISF membership, entry fees and eligibility are separate matters; a general enquiry is not a confirmed entry.
6. Check the published result
- Check the final official protocol and report corrections through the organizer. A record claim needs separate validation and mandatory video under Section 10.
