Status and registry

Workflow for athlete and official status

This section explains the status workflow on the page itself. Legal and payment details must be localized by each country.

Annual voluntary contribution

The contribution is not a service payment, does not create membership, and does not create membership rights or obligations.

  • Operation of the national-office secretariat.
  • Production and delivery of athlete books and certificates.
  • Maintenance of official registries.
  • Development of streetlifting and sport events.

Available statuses

Status confirms a person can participate in the relevant national-office role and be counted in official federation registries.

  • ISF athlete
  • ISF referee
  • ISF competition secretary
  • ISF competition organizer

Registration process

  1. Choose the required status.
  2. Submit an application with current and accurate data.
  3. Review the public offer, ISF rules and Code of Ethics.
  4. Make the annual voluntary contribution where the national office uses that model.
  5. Wait for secretariat confirmation and document processing.

Document delivery

  • Printed documents are delivered through postal or courier services where available.
  • Delivery costs are paid by the recipient under the national-office model.
  • Local pickup may be available only through the relevant national office.

Photo requirements

  • JPEG file format.
  • Studio passport-style photo provided digitally.
  • Scans of paper photos are not accepted.
  • If glasses are normally worn, lenses must be transparent, without glare, and eyes must be fully visible.

Consent and documents

The application flow requires consent to personal-data processing and acceptance of the rules, Code of Ethics and public-offer terms before submission.
