Athlete intake
Competition entry request data
Until event-specific online forms are connected, athletes should send one complete request with event, category and contact data so the secretariat can route it to the organizer or national office.
Required request fields
- Full name, country, city and contact email or phone.
- Event title and date from the ISF calendar.
- Discipline, age group, bodyweight category and sport division.
- Club or national federation, if applicable.
- Question about registration deadline, payment, weigh-in or documents.
Before sending
- Read the event regulation before sending the request.
- Check athlete admission, anti-doping status and rules-testing requirements.
- Do not submit duplicate requests for the same athlete and event.
Routing and timing
- ISF routes the request to the event organizer or relevant national office.
- Typical response time is 3-5 business days when event contacts are already published.
- Urgent cases should include the event date in the email subject.
The website form stores the request for secretariat review and the email action remains as a fallback channel. Do not send passport scans, medical documents or payment data unless the secretariat asks for them through an official route.
