How to use this page

Certification workflow and evidence

Certification pages should help clubs, coaches and equipment suppliers understand the checks before they request public ISF recognition.

All continuation paths in this block stay inside the ISF website.

Before applying

  • Prepare identity, location or manufacturer data and the responsible contact.
  • Document how the club, coach or equipment supports ISF disciplines and safety.
  • Check that claims match actual training, competition or production practice.

Review criteria

  • ISF checks rule alignment, safety, current contacts and suitability for sanctioned-event work.
  • Public registry text should be factual and avoid unsupported marketing claims.
  • Certification confirms federation conformity; it is not a state license or medical guarantee.

After approval

  • Keep contact data, venue status and equipment details current.
  • Use ISF status only in the approved scope.
  • Route event hosting or athlete-development questions through the organizer or partnership path.

Certification intake

Club certification request

Club certification checks whether a training location can support ISF disciplines, athletes and event development under the federation framework.

Required request fields

  • Club name, address, country, city and responsible contact.
  • Equipment list for pull-up, dip, belts, weights and safety setup.
  • Active athletes, coaches and events hosted or planned.
  • Photos, website or social links that confirm the venue.

Before sending

  • Certification is federation conformity, not a state license.
  • Public registry data must remain factual and current.
  • Event hosting requests should also use the organizer path.

Routing and timing

  • ISF or a national office checks venue data and training suitability.
  • Approved clubs can be listed in the certification registry.
  • The club must update contacts and venue status when they change.

The website form stores the request for secretariat review and the email action remains as a fallback channel. Do not send passport scans, medical documents or payment data unless the secretariat asks for them through an official route.
